Solutions, Inc. Announces Sub-Dealer Agreement with T-Mobile(R) Dec. 5, 2005 Payless Telecom Solutions, Inc. announced to its shareholders that Payless Telephone Company, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary, will provide and is authorized to provide wireless communications service ("Wireless Service") directly to Subscribers utilizing digital frequencies assigned by the Federal Communications Commission and accessed by digital wireless telephone equipment. Payless Telephone Company, a Sub-Dealer, has agreed to become a sub-dealer of Dealer in order to use T-Mobile's experience, Confidential Information, Marks, and Goodwill to promote, market, and sell T-Mobile's Wireless Services and Equipment in the Area to subscribers under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Dealer Agreement. Payless will promote T-Mobile(R) cellular services to the public and is currently targeting the Latin and other ethnic markets. Payless Telephone Company has started to sell T-Mobile's(R) Cellar Service and looks forward to very profitable New Year.
