Convergys Implements Relationship Management Solution for Another Large U.S. Wireless Operator

Convergys Corporation announced that another large U.S. wireless operator with millions of subscribers has gone live with a Convergys Relationship Management Solution that enables centralized policy creation and management as well as automated, real time, and proactive policy enforcement across all channels.

The solution, called the Convergys Dynamic Decisioning Solution, equips the wireless operator with the specialized intelligence needed to automatically evaluate customer events against policies and execute appropriate save actions in real-time. This knowledge can significantly increase customer retention rates. Under terms of a three-year contract, Convergys provided all implementation and configuration of the solution.

Effectively handling a customer interaction is no longer good enough, said Jim Boyce, Convergys Business Unit President. With increased pressure on wireless operators to compete, a superior service experience that creates loyalty with customers is needed and delivered through our relationship management solutions.

This is the second recent announcement of a large U.S. wireless operator deploying a Convergys relationship management solution.
