SkyCross Antennas Embedded in Mobile Handsets Developed by Shanghai Simcom

SkyCross, announced that Shanghai Simcom, a subsidiary of SIM Technology Group (SEHK:2000), is using internal SkyCross antennas for several mobile handset models. With its recently announced design facility in Shanghai, as well as existing design and manufacturing plants in Shenzhen, China, SkyCross provides rapid support to Shanghai Simcom. The company is a leader in mobile handset solutions and wireless module development.

SIM Technology Group releases more than 200 mobile handset solutions annually for leading domestic mobile handset brands, as well as multinational handset manufacturers. Skycross is designing and manufacturing antennas for several Shanghai Simcom handset models, including multi-feature phones supporting GSM, Bluetooth, and FM radio. Versatile technology at SkyCross provides designers with the freedom to develop stylish devices with any combination of features. A single, multi-band, embedded SkyCross antenna is custom designed for each device model to meet specific performance requirements.

In addition to delivering high-performance antennas to Shanghai Simcom, SkyCross also provides significant expertise in maximizing performance of the entire RF system — filters, multiplexers, and related components.
